The biblical values that shape our culture, guide our mission, and form the heart of Forward Leader.
At Forward Leader, our core values are more than guiding principles—they are expressions of who we are, what we believe, and how we live. Each value is deeply rooted in Scripture and reflects our unwavering commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ. These values shape our leadership, define our culture, and serve as the foundation for everything we teach, build, and pursue. They are not static ideals but lived convictions—intended to be practiced with boldness, humility, and faith in every sphere of life and ministry.
The Bible. God’s Word is our foundation.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. It reveals His heart, His will, and His truth—and it’s the lens through which we see the world. Everything we teach, believe, and live begins with Scripture. We don’t treat it as a reference book, but as the living voice of God—active and relevant for today.
The Gospel. The good news changes everything.
At the center of our identity is the gospel of Jesus Christ—His life, death, and resurrection for the salvation of all who believe. The gospel is not just a message we proclaim; it’s the power that transforms lives, reconciles us to God, and compels us to live with grace, humility, and hope.
Audacious Faith. We believe God for the impossible.
We serve a God who moves mountains, so we live and lead with bold, risk-taking faith. Audacious faith means trusting God beyond what we can see, daring to dream big, and stepping out in obedience—even when it feels uncomfortable. We believe God honors courageous faith with His miraculous power.
Missional Focus. We exist for the sake of others.
Our calling is not inward—it’s outward. We are on mission with God to reach the lost, serve the hurting, and bring hope to every community we touch. Whether across the street or across the globe, we live with intentionality and purpose, making disciples and advancing His kingdom in every sphere of life.
Followership. We lead by following Jesus.
We believe that true leadership begins with followership—humbly following Jesus and submitting to His lordship. In our teams, our families, and our communities, we seek to be servant-hearted, teachable, and Spirit-led. Following well means walking in obedience, honoring authority, and pointing others to Christ, our ultimate Shepherd.
