Dr. Terry LaMasters is the President and Co-founder of Forward Leader, a gospel-driven organization dedicated to equipping leaders, shifting paradigms, and building mission-focused cultures. With a Doctor of Education in Christian Leadership: Ministry Leadership, and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership, Terry brings together spiritual depth and strategic insight to develop leaders who serve with bold faith and biblical conviction.
His passion is to see individuals and organizations fully alive in their calling—rooted in Scripture, centered on the gospel, and mobilized for Kingdom impact. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and family, where he continues to write, teach, and serve leaders around the world.
