Leadership by its nature creates a relationship of imitation and reproduction. A leader’s life is always under observation, and it should be leaders desire to walk in a way as to be an example to others. People are following and will try to emulate you and your success. Is your life an example for others to follow? Are you leading them in the right direction? What principles are you using to make decisions?

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Hebrews 13:7

Faith should produce an outcome in a leaders life worthy of imitation. Results are not often immediate but are evident. The fruit of faith develops and grows over a period; maturity is not an instant process. As a leader, let Christ be your example and model Christ in all that we do to those around you.
